David A. Diamond

David A. Diamond has been a member of the Napa Valley legal community since 1989 and joined DP&F in 2004. Dave's practice is limited to estate planning, trust and estate administration, and resolution of trust and estate disputes. Dave is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law (State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization) and belongs to the American Bar Association Section on Real Property, Probate and Trust Law, and the California State Bar Trusts and Estates Section. Dave has been published in California Trusts & Estates Quarterly and has given numerous educational presentations for California Continuing Education of the Bar, the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, and other organizations.

Dave attended the University of Arizona, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He graduated with honors in 1981 earning a B.A. in Spanish and Political Science. He received his law degree from the University of California at Davis in 1984.

Dave is an avid sports fan and having been born and raised in the Boston area, roots for the Red Sox and New England Patriots as well as the San Francisco Giants and 49'ers. He also enjoys NASCAR, motorcycles, golf, and coaching soccer. Dave lives in Sonoma with his wife, Diana, and their four daughters.
