Julia M. Walk

Julia M. Walk joined Dickenson, Peatman & Fogarty in January 2007 as an associate in the Hospitality Group where her practice focuses on Trusts and Estates.  She is a member of the American Bar Association Section on Real Property, Probate and Trust Law, and the California State Bar Trusts and Estates Section.

Julia graduated from the University of Oregon with a B.A. in Japanese in 1993 and received her law degree from the University of San Francisco in 1998.  In December 2006, Julia received her LL.M. in tax from Golden Gate University where she graduated with honors.   

Prior to joining DP&F, Julia worked with international law and accounting firms in San Francisco, where she focused on tax and business matters.  Julia lived and worked in Japan for several years before law school and has also spent time in Spain studying the culture and language. 

Away from work Julia continues to explore international interests through travel, language study and gourmet cooking.
