Kevin DeBorde

Kevin DeBorde is a partner at Dickenson, Peatman & Fogarty. His practice encompasses general business matters, real property transactions and financings, mergers and acquisitions, private security placements and public company representation.

Prior to joining DP&F in 2006, Kevin worked at international law firms in San Francisco and Orange County, California, as well as in-house with a closely held corporation in Southern California. Kevin has represented developers, builders, REITs, financial institutions, and public and private companies in matters ranging from real estate sales, acquisitions and leasing, business entity selection and formation, business sales and acquisitions, and debt and equity financing transactions.

Kevin received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Davis and he earned his law degree with honors from Cornell Law School.

When he is away from his office, Kevin enjoys traveling with his wife, sailing, and riding his mountain bike, road bike or motorcycle throughout the Napa Valley and beyond.
