Kevin W. Teague
Kevin Teague is a director of Dickenson, Peatman & Fogarty. He is the head of the DP&F Hospitality Group and serves on the firm's management committee. Kevin practices land use, planning and environmental law with an emphasis on resort, hotel, commercial, residential and institutional projects, as well as winery and agricultural projects. Kevin advises clients on land and project acquisitions and permitting, including local, state and federal regulatory matters such as entitlement and zoning, environmental review, Endangered Species Act compliance, Clean Water Act and natural resources law. Kevin is a Napa native, who returned to Napa after practicing law in Seattle, Washington, where he was a partner at the law firm of Foster Pepper & Shefeleman, PLLC. While in Seattle, projects on which he worked included development of office buildings, R&D labs, professional sports facilities, including the Seattle Seahawks' new NFL stadium, housing, retail centers, as well as master planning for hospitals and colleges. In addition to his law practice, Kevin taught land use and zoning law for several years at the University of Washington, College of Architecture and Urban Planning, Masters Degree Program. Kevin received his B.A. Degree from the University of California at Davis in 1992 and his J.D. Degree, cum laude, at the Seattle University School of Law in 1996. When Kevin is not spending time with his wife and son, he tries to spend as much time fly fishing as possible.
