Michael J. Holman
Michael Holman is a business and transactional attorney who works with wineries, growers and the hospitality sector in the following areas: securities, mergers and acquisitions and partnership structures. Michael currently serves as the Chair of the Board and President of Legal Aid of Napa Valley which provides free legal services to Napa's low income population, and is Trustee of the Blue Oak School in Napa, a non-profit independent school. Michael graduated with honors from the University of California, San Diego with a B.A. in political science and received his law degree from the University of California, Davis, School of Law where he was a senior articles editor on the UC Davis Law Review.
