Paul G. Carey
Paul Carey has been practicing civil litigation with DP&F since graduating in 1982 from Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California at Berkeley. Paul represents a wide variety of businesses and individuals in all types of civil litigation. He has extensive experience in representing parties to real property disputes, including easement and boundary disputes, as well as general business, personal injury and estates and trust litigation. Paul is a native of Los Angeles, where he received his bachelor's degree in philosophy from UCLA. He attended one year of law school at Hastings College at the University of California in San Francisco, where he received the Milton D. Greene Award as one of the top ten students in his class. After transferring to U.C. Berkeley, Paul took first place in the Boalt Hall McBaine and statewide Traynor Moot Court Competitions. Paul’s free time is primarily occupied with his wife and three children. When he's not enjoying time with his family, he can usually be found playing golf.
