Susan L. Schwegman
Susan L. Schwegman joined Dickenson, Peatman & Fogarty in February 2007. She is a member of the Commercial Ventures and Wealth Management Group. Susan’s practice will focus on business law. Prior to joining DP&F, Susan had her own practice in Napa where she represented clients on issues relating to business law including employment and labor law, litigation, contract drafting and negotiation, as well as business entity selection and formation. Susan was previously a partner of Worrel & Schwegman where she litigated employment, tort and contract cases. Prior to her litigation practice, she was also an in-house attorney for Bechtel Corporation in the litigation and employment law department. Currently Susan serves on the Board of Directors of Legal Aid of Napa Valley which she helped reestablish in 2004.
