Dave Meyers spent more than 35 years practicing at Dickenson, Peatman & Fogarty, before retiring in 2008, but remains as Of Counsel to the firm.  He is available to the firm on a consultancy basis.  He previously chaired the litigation department and served as managing director for several terms.  He has handled all types of land use matters, both administratively and judicially, as well as a broad variety of civil litigation matters, with extensive court and jury trial experience.  He has emphasized issues of concern to the wine industry, landowners and commercial entities of all kinds.

Dave serves on several community charitable foundations or boards, teaches law school classes part time in litigation procedure and medical law, and is an avid cyclist and traveler.
