Kimberly Tracey-Hall has been working as a legal assistant at Dickenson, Peatman & Fogarty for over 18 years primarily practicing in the area of alcohol beverage law and recently in the area of intellectual property. Kim’s alcohol beverage work includes federal and California alcohol beverage licensing for producers, wholesalers and retailers, federal alcohol beverage labeling regulations, trade practices, federal and state compliance and assistance with preparation and filing of American Viticultural Area applications. In recent years, Kim has extended her area of work to include Intellectual Property where her primary responsibilities are preparation and filing of trademark applications, maintaining the trademark docket and files and reviewing watch notices.
