Paul G. Carey has been practicing civil litigation with DP&F since 1982.  Mr. Carey has represented a wide variety of businesses and individuals in all types of civil litigation. He has extensive experience in representing parties to real property disputes, including easement and boundary disputes, as well as general business disputes and estates and trust litigation.

Mr. Carey is a member of the Napa County Bar Association and sits on its Executive Committee as head of the Bar’s Real Property Section. He is also a member of the State Bar of California and the Richard L. Sangster Inns of Court.
