Chuck Dickenson is a Napa native and has practiced law with DP&F for thirty years.  He received His B.A. degree from the University of California at Berkeley in 1975, and his J.D. degree from the University of California, Hastings College of Law, in 1978.

Chuck focuses on civil litigation, including business and real property, with extensive experience in personal injury, both plaintiff and defense.  He also serves as an arbitrator and mediator of civil disputes.  He utilizes creative and cost effective representation in resolving disputes including grape purchase agreements, real property sales, commercial landlord/tenant, and personal injury litigation.  He has been honored as a Northern California Super Lawyer by Law & Politics.

Chuck served as President of the Napa County Bar Association in 2003.  He is on the founding Bard of Directors of Napa Community Bank.  He also serves on the Board of Directors of Hands Across the Valley, a nonprofit dedicated to fighting hunger in Napa Valley, and is a member of the Society of California Pioneers.

He has served the community as General Chairman of the Napa Valley Symphony association Annual Sustaining Fund, Trustee of the Justin Siena High School Corporation Board, for many years as Chairman and Co-Chairman of the Beringer Vineyards Winetasters’ Celebrity Classic, and as a member of the University of California Bear Backer Council.

Chuck and his wife own Napa Wine Lockers, a case wine storage facility in Napa.  Their spare time is spent with their two sons relaxing in Lake Tahoe, Kauai, the Lair of the Bear, or their favorite, Napa Valley.
