Julia M. Walk is a member of DP&F’s Trusts and Estates practice.  Julia advises clients with respect to their estate planning needs including trusts, wills, durable powers of attorney, gifts and charitable giving.  She also handles a variety of estate and trust administration matters. 

Before joining DP&F in 2007, Julia worked with international law and accounting firms in San Francisco, where she focused on tax and business matters.

Julia graduated from the University of Oregon with a B.A. in Japanese in 1993, and received her law degree from the University of San Francisco in 1998.  In December 2006, Julia received her LL.M. in tax from San Francisco’s Golden Gate University, where she graduated with honors.

She is a member of the America Bar Association Section on Real Property, Probate and Trust Law, the California State Bar Trusts and Estates Section, the Napa County Bar Association, and Napa County Women Lawyers.
