Mr. Carey has been practicing civil litigation with DP&F since 1982.  He has represented a wide variety of businesses and individuals in all types of civil litigation. He has extensive experience in representing parties to real property disputes, including easement, boundary, title and title insurance disputes, as well as general business disputes and estates and trust litigation. He also has substantial experience in representing and advising parties to real estate transactions as to matters effecting title, including analyzing existing record documents and drafting new documents affecting title.

Mr. Carey is President of the Napa County Bar Association and previously sat on its Executive Committee as head of the Association’s Real Property Section
