Queen of the Valley Medical Center North Building (City of Napa) – Obtained use permit, CEQA review, and design review permit to construct three story, 72,000 square foot building housing intensive care, laboratory and surgery. Project included meeting LEED Silver standards under the City’s Green Building Ordinance and required annexation of the project site into the Napa Sanitation District.
