DP&F Speaks on Trade Secrets at 2015 AALA Regional Conference

The American Agricultural Law Association in partnership with the Agribusiness Committee and Food Law Committee of the State Bar of California are pleased to announce an all-day conference in the Sacramento area on emerging topics of interest to agricultural lawyers.

DP&F Senior Intellectual Property Counsel Chris Passarelli will be speaking on emerging trade secret law in the context of Client Protection Strategies in a High Tech Landscape: IP, Big Data & Issues Surrounding Tech in Agriculture, with Joan Archer (Husch Blackwell) and Roger Royse.

This program features some of the leading legal counsel in the area of agriculture, including Downey Brand LLP, Husch Blackwell LLP, Rynn & Janowsky, LLP, Kroloff, Belcher, Smart, Perry & Christopherson and a host of esteemed legal practitioners in the ag industry.
