John N. Heffner has joined the expanding litigation team at Dickenson, Peatman & Fogarty in Napa. Previously with the Oakland law firm of Reed Smith LLP, Mr. Heffner graduated with honors from Haverford College in Pennsylvania in 1999, and received his J.D. at the University of Texas at Austin. He was admitted to the California bar in 2002. He has experience litigating commercial disputes, bankruptcy matters, property disputes, and product liability cases in both state and federal courts. He is a member of the American Bar Association’s Section on litigation, the California Bar Association, and the Napa County Bar Association.
