The Real Property Department provides comprehensive and creative legal services in all areas of real estate purchase and sales, construction and development, financing, investment, ownership, 1031 exchange transactions, leasing and operation.  Our attorneys represent clients in a wide variety of industries, including real estate developers, contractors, property owners and managers, and landlords and tenants in all significant real property product types, including office, commercial, industrial, fractional ownership, multi-family, and hospitality.  Our clients include vintners, growers, lenders, hoteliers, contractors, property managers, developers and investors, as well as individuals and families with small or large land holdings.  The Real Property Department represents some of the largest vineyard landowners in Northern California, including Premier Pacific Vineyards, UCC Vineyards, the Beckstoffer family and nationally known hotel developers.  Our firm has handled more winery sales and purchases than any other law firm in the state as well as vineyard leases in 14 California counties.  The attorneys in the Real Property Department work closely with attorneys in other disciplines in the firm in order to deliver seamless legal services and significant expertise to all of our clients.
