  • Biography

    David Balter joined DP&F in 2005 and is a Partner in the Litigation practice group.  David’s practice emphasizes trust and estates litigation, creditor’s rights, commercial business, real estate and construction litigation. David successfully handled the appeal in Moore v. Hill (2010) 188 Cal. App. 4th 1267 and in Lerner v. I80 Properties, LLC, et al. (2019 unpublished).

    Before joining DP&F, David worked for ten years at Shapiro Buchman Provine & Patton, LLP, Walnut Creek, California. David also worked at the Alameda County District Attorney’s Office as a Collection Enforcement Deputy and was a Senior Legal Assistant at the international law firm of Coudert Brothers.
