Legal competence (aptitude and diligence) is our most important hiring criterion. Grades are the easiest determinant of that but we would consider any other available indicator. The applicant's personal qualities are also very important. We seek applicants who value personal relationships among the lawyers in the firm and whose primary professional objective is service to clients.

DP&F has locations in Napa and Santa Rosa, California.
