Tracy Genesen Delivers Keynote: “‘No and Low’ Alcohol Products: A US Regulatory Perspective" for Wine & Law Program, University of Reims, France
This Wednesday, May 6, Tracy Genesen will deliver the keynote for the 16th edition of The Wine & Law Program - A Jean Monnet Chair, at the University of Reims, France.
The topic of this year's program is “‘No/Low’ Alcohol Products in a Global Law Context." Tracy will share her perspective on no and low alcohol products in the context of the United States legal system.
Tracy is a lecturer at the University of California Berkeley School of Law, where she has taught a wine law class since 2016. She speaks frequently on the regulatory conditions of the alcohol beverage industry in the United States and the evolving obstacles and opportunities these scenarios present to members of the wine, beer, and spirits industries.
