Napa County Winery Definition Ordinance Seminar

DP&F Land Use and Business Law Partner Scott Greenwood-Meinert co-chaired the November 2, 2016 Napa County’s Winery Definition Ordinance seminar.  Scott also spoke on Use Permit Modifications, the current state of the process and modifying pre-WDO entitlements.  Tom Adams, also a partner in DP&F’s Land Use Department, spoke at the seminar on the implications of Constitutional Law and “Vested Rights” on winery use permit compliance, as well as on a panel regarding environmental review and conditions of approval for winery use permits.  Esteemed Of Counsel Richard Mendelson spoke to the seminar on the creation of the WDO.  For more information on this please contact The Seminar Group.
