Dickenson Peatman & Fogarty Attorneys to Attend INTA in Hong Kong

Dickenson Peatman & Fogarty attorneys J. Scott Gerien and Katja Loeffelholz will travel to Hong Kong in May to attend the International Trademark Association (INTA) Annual Meeting. INTA is a global association of trademark owners and professionals from more than 190 countries dedicated to supporting trademarks and related intellectual property rights.

Mr. Gerien is a member of the Trademark Office Practice Committee, U.S. Patent and Trademark Office Subcommittee. Ms. Loeffelholz is a member of the INTA Related Rights Committee, which focuses on geographical indications, design rights, rights publicity and indigenous rights.
