Scott Gerien Recognized in WTR 1000 for Third Straight Year

The World Trademark Reporter WTR 1000 edition for 2015 was released this January and for the third year in a row DP&F’s co-managing partner and head of the Intellectual Property practice group, Scott Gerien, was recognized as one of the top trademark attorneys in California.  In highlighting Scott’s selection, the WTR 1000 noted that “if you have any questions about wine law or geographical indications and such, he is a top choice.”  The WTR 1000 has also previously noted that Scott is “’the go-to guy’ for trademark prosecution in the wine industry.”  DP&F’s Intellectual Property group is particularly experienced in handling intellectual property matters for the wine industry and also represents clients in numerous other industries including agriculture and hospitality.  To read the 2015 WTR 1000 listing of leading trademark professionals for California, click here.
