Greg J. Erickson joined DP&F in 2022 as a member of the Litigation practice group. With a legal career spanning thirty years, Greg has a wealth of experience handling litigation and transactional matters on behalf of business entities large and small.
Greg started his career with Sandberg, Phoenix & von Gontard in St. Louis where he defended injury cases from intake through trial. Within a few years, Greg was representing Fortune 100 companies in high exposure litigation.
In 2000, Greg was one of a small group of lawyers who founded Fox Galvin, a boutique litigation firm in St. Louis that provided representation on complex matters for Fortune 50 clients. During his ten years at the firm, Greg solidified his reputation as a top litigator and was elected partner.
In 2010, Greg formed Erickson Law to offer general counsel to maritime transportation companies with operations in the United States, Caribbean, and South America. In that capacity, Greg has successfully prosecuted and defended lawsuits in federal courts throughout the United States and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
In 2014, Greg and his wife moved to wine country and Greg started to provide legal counsel to wine and spirits brands. Greg currently represents maritime and alcohol beverage companies in litigation, transactional and regulatory matters.
Greg and his wife, Leslie, reside in Napa where they enjoy the outdoors, wine, music and spending time with family and friends.
