Kimberly Tracey has been a paralegal at Dickenson Peatman & Fogarty for more than 23 years. For the past ten years Kim’s focus has been in Intellectual Property work. Kim’s primary responsibilities are preparation and filing of trademark applications, trademark assignments, reviewing watch notices and maintaining the trademark docket and files. Prior to working in the IP department, Kim worked in alcohol beverage law where her work included federal and California alcohol beverage licensing for producers, wholesalers and retailers, federal alcohol beverage labeling regulations, trade practices, federal and state compliance and assistance with preparation and filing of American Viticultural Area applications.
