  • Biography

    Paul Carey is Of Counsel with DP&F, practicing in the areas of litigation and real estate. He has been with DP&F since beginning his practice in 1982. He has represented a wide variety of businesses and individuals in all types of matters. He has extensive experience in litigating real property matters, including easements, boundaries, surveys, title and title insurance, as well as matters involving general business disputes, and trust and estate litigation. He also has substantial experience in representing and advising parties to real estate transactions in matters affecting title, including analyzing and drafting record documents affecting title.
