Bahaneh Hobel to Moderate Granholm Anniversary Panel at 2025 NCSLA Annual Conference
DP&F Partner Bahaneh Hobel, who leads the firm’s Alcohol Beverage Law & Compliance group, will moderate a panel this month on the 20th anniversary of Granholm v. Heald, the Supreme Court’s seminal case that changed the course for direct to consumer shipping, for the National Conference of State Liquor Administrators (NCSLA), in Maui, June 15-18.
In addition to acting as panel moderator, Bahaneh also served on the Planning Committee for the 2025 NCSLA Annual and Regional Conference.
The 2025 NCSLA Annual Conference will also feature panels on topics relevant to today’s alcohol beverage industry, including sessions on antitrust, perspectives from regulators on modernizing regulatory agencies, venture capital in the alcohol industry and private labels.
