John Trinidad Speaks on American Viticultural Areas at AIDV Latin American Meeting 2025

DP&F Co-Managing Partner John Trinidad will speak on the International Panel of the AIDV Latin American Meeting 2025, hosted this week in Mexico in Ensenada and the Valle de Guadalupe.

The International Wine Law Association (AIDV) is an international organization dedicated to the discussion of legal issues surrounding the global wine industry, and legal questions affecting the wine community and wine trade throughout the world.

John will discuss the history of both federal and state laws that govern American Viticultural Areas (AVAs) for the panel titled, ”New World vs Old World:  A discussion of the European and U.S. approach to the use and protection of wine appellations.”
