Owen Dallmeyer


  • Biography

    Owen Dallmeyer joined DP&F in 2016 as an associate in our Litigation, Employment and Business departments. His practice includes assisting clients with business entity formation and governance, transactional matters, and preparing wine industry contracts such as vineyard development and management contracts.

    On the litigation side, Owen’s practice focuses on defense of equal employment opportunity, wage and hour, and related claims in both federal and state courts and in front of various government and administrative agencies.

    Before joining DP&F, Owen worked in the San Francisco office of a nationwide labor and employment litigation firm where he represented employers in every aspect of employment litigation and traditional labor relations matters.

    Owen has worked with national and local clients in an array of industries throughout California, including wine and agriculture, hospitality, manufacturing and machining, technology, transportation, and healthcare.   His strong litigation background leads Owen to approach each unique issue in a pragmatic manner with an eye to avoiding protracted and unnecessary litigation.
