Wine Institute Workshops on Food Safety Modernization Act

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has a mandate to inspect food processing facilities, including wineries, to ensure compliance with  food safety regulations under the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA).

The Wine Institute has announced a series of workshops for wineries interested in learning more about their obligations under FSMA, and how to prepare for and manage FDA audits and inspections .  Current Wine Institute members and non-members are invited to attend.  The workshop schedule and a link to register are below.  Each workshop runs from 9AM to 4PM, and the registration deadline is March 1, 2017.
