DP&F Attorneys will be attending the annual Unified Wine & Grape Symposium (“UWGS”) on January 28 and 29, 2014 in Sacramento, CA. UWGS is the industry’s largest trade show in North America. DP&F attorney John Trinidad will serve as the moderator for a panel discussion on “Regulatory Hurdles for DTC, Social Media, and Third Party Sales Channels” at UWGS.  The discussion will take place on January 28, 2015 from 2:30PM – 3:45PM.
