10.24.2014 – International Wine Law Association Annual Meeting – Market Access in the Wine Sector

Richard Mendelson and Scott Gerien of DP&F will be presenting at the Annual Meeting of the International Wine Law Association taking place in Beaune, France on October 24th and 25th. The topic of this year’s Congress is Market Access in the Wine Sector. Scott Gerien will be on a panel with distinguished presenters Thomas Schmitz of ROKH-IP, Dusseldorf, Emmnuel Baud of Jones Day, Paris and Charles Goemaere of CIVC, Reims, discussing Enforcement and Protection of Intellectual Property Rights on the Internet. Richard Mendelson will moderate a discussion on the Latest Legal News in the Field of Wine and Vine.
