DP&F Partner Bahaneh Hobel and lead of the firm’s Alcohol Beverage Law & Compliance group will present key details of SB-1013, the Bottle Bill, for Sonoma County Vintners on Thursday, November 15, at 10:00 AM.

The Bottle Bill, signed into California law on October 13th, 2023, requires wineries and distilleries to comply with the CA Redemption Value (CRV) payment and reporting obligations beginning January 1, 2024.
